The orientation of new staff is important for both APHS and you. We want the process to go as smoothly as possible so that you quickly feel comfortable, understand your role and where it fits within our organisation.

Before you start your career with us you’ll receive a copy of our interactive Orientation CD Rom which will introduce you to some key facts about APHS, as well as outlining our structure, vision and goals. It also contains information, procedures and policies for you to review during your orientation.

Your formal orientation takes places during your first 12 weeks of employment, after which you’ll be set for your career at APHS.
