APHS provides a range of services to its Aged Clients from supply of medications through our Award wining Sachet System, to Clinical Services delivered by our dedicated APHS Consults team.

Having worked in this sector for so long we understand the needs and challenges faced by facility operators. We introduced automated sachet packaging to reduce the time taken to dispense resident’s medication and increase safe dispensing.

We have heavily invested time and money in IT systems to facilitate communication and deliver efficiencies to yours and our operations. For example APHS recognised that increasing pressures on medical & facility staff was contributing to instances where a resident’s’ medication charts was not complete or up to date. To bridge this gap, the APHS Systems team developed Chartprint - a web-based program that links seamlessly with APHS’ electronic dispensing & packaging records. 

Chartprint was developed in consultation with medical and nursing staff, and is being used extensively in Aged Care Facilities throughout Queensland with over 2,000 beds utilising the features.  We are delighted that Chartprint is playing a key role in providing quality patient outcomes by maintaining accurate medication records and reducing medication administration incidents.
