Specialising in medication management reviews since 1994, our experienced pharmacists have conducted thousands of reviews and provide an innovative consulting service to residential aged care facilities. All pharmacists are accredited by the Australian Association of Consultant Pharmacy (AACP) to provide the Federal Government funded medication review service according to APAC Guidelines.
With extensive clinical pharmacy and quality assurance expertise in the aged care industry, our focus is on delivery of a quality service with continuous improvement.
APHS Consults is the first in the industry to offer on-line medication management modules for Aged Care nursing staff using our ACE system, which was launched to industry acclaim earlier this year.
