The APHS Executive Team of seven senior executive’s reporting directly to Stuart Giles, Managing Partner. Four of them are charged with the delivery of shared and support services to the entire group and three team members take full responsibility for the operating of our revenue generation.
Of these Cathie Reid has a front line role for APHS as General Manager Aged Care. Cathie brings a wealth of experience to the role at an important time in the expansion of production capabilities and she certainly inherits an exceptional team of people who are primed to lead their respective Aged Care portfolios on the national expansion trail.
In the Hospital and Oncology market we have two Regional Manager positions - Stacy La Hood heads up our activities in Queensland and Northern New South Wales whilst Andrew Wells, is responsible for the Southern Region combining the rest of NSW, ACT, Victoria and South Australia.
Chris Attard oversees the Finance, Information System and Logistics functions while Berni Sewell is General Manager for the Brand, People and Communication Portfolio, leading our combined Human Resource and marketing activities.
Given our commitment to our existing business areas of Hospital, Oncology and Aged Care we appointed a Business Development Manager with experience across these disciplines. Darryl Grundy heads up this important part of the business as General Manager -Partnership Development. APHS specifically identified & highlighted the “Partnership” element of the role, recognising the importance of customer relationship management that combines with business development activities under the “Your Pharmacy Partner” strategy.
John Jackson is APHS Director of Pharmacy Services and heads up our Pharmacy Practice Unit, recognising that we must keep challenging ourselves to provide excellent service for our clients.
